To ensure maximum safety at work for our staff, we enlisted the help of https://ukfiretraining.com/ to provide Fire Awareness & Extinguisher Training, at our premises yesterday.
A combination of theory and practical, we learned about the different categories of fire and the most suitable extinguishers to use for combustible solids, flammable liquids, and electrical fires, to name but a few.
At least half of the staff had never used an extinguisher before, so it was extremely beneficial for everyone to apply their practical skills in tackling a small fire, in real-time.
